5. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent (when you start a chat and provide contact details), and to fulfill the service you request (providing support and content).
6. Data sharing and transfers
– Support team: Your chat messages and optional contact details are accessible to authorized members of CRALI’s legal support team to respond to your request.

– International transfers: Data may be processed or stored on servers outside your country. We use HTTPS/TLS for transport security.

7. Data retention
– Chat content and support records: Retained as long as necessary to provide support and comply with applicable law. You can request deletion (see “Your rights”).
– Cached content on your device: Remains until you clear app data, uninstall the app, or use OS settings to delete app storage.
– App preferences: Remain on your device until cleared as above.
8. Security
– Transport security: We use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit.
– Chat encryption: End-to-end encryption is disabled; messages are sent in plain text within the chat system and can be accessed by authorized support staff and system administrators.
– Local cache: Content cached on your device is not encrypted by the app; it is protected by your device’s security features. Do not use the app on shared or unsecured devices.
9. Your rights and choices
– Access and correction: You may request a copy of your chat records and correction of any inaccuracies.
– Deletion: Request deletion of your chat data and any contact information we hold by emailing [email protected]. Deleting or clearing app data on your device will remove local cache and preferences.
– Opt-out: You can choose not to provide email or phone; you can also choose not to use the chat feature at all.
– Children: This app is not directed at children. If you are under the age of consent in your jurisdiction, use the app with a parent/guardian. Do not submit personal contact details without guardian consent.
10. Cookies and tracking
The app does not use cookies or third-party tracking SDKs. We do not profile users or track activity across other apps or websites.
11. Advertising
We do not display ads and do not share data with advertisers.
